ads-twitter.com, at which point I gave up.

Thanks. That is a place called Broadwater which was the main town in the area
for most of the last thousand years. Worthing was a small fishing hamlet in the
parish of Broadwater, not even on the maps, but has now swallowed the village.

Thank you. What is even more English is that the four people in the picture
were speaking an East European language, and were certainly not dressed for the
conditions. If the conditions had worsened they would have had a very miserable
time.

The south coast area I’m living in now is apparently the sunniest part of
England, and Worthing one of the sunniest towns. Today it’s been crystal clear
sunlight, not a cloud in the sky, with a high of about 8C I think, and flat
calm.

There’s a lot of pleasure to be had from the changing of the seasons though,
and from long walks and bike rides on days like yesterday.

It’s our loss as well as yours for probably the most stupid political decision
this country has ever taken. I can’t call it an Iron Curtain because it is made
of 100% pure, highest-grade stupidIty, which is probably even more
impenetrable. I hope we can quickly find a way of taking it down again so that

One of the few benefits of the virus (and the Brexit process) is that it has

Er, no. I use hand sanitizer when it is on offer at the entrance to a shop.

I tried to keep my distance when I was walking, but there was no-one around to
keep my distance from.

One of the ‘wild’ ponies did get rather too close for my comfort though, and it
wasn’t wearing a mask. Perhaps it was curious to know why I wasn’t wearing my
nose bag.
