were solved by going to a aqueous flux and mil-spec wash
process for production items. No-clean looks good on paper, but for a
lot of applications it can cause some real problems. I generally
avoid it whenever I can.

and the file looks good in my graphics viewer program. I don't think the
function is necessarily broken.

FWIW I always use the Windows FS ddb with Protel 99SE.
