After having failed attempts trying to build Pugs and earlier Rakudo
versions (I didn't try too hard), this worked a treat. Downloaded
tarball and built on my openSUSE 11.0 desktop, all in only a couple of
minute

Rakudo is an implementation of Perl 6 on the Parrot Virtual Machine [1].
