Many Sorani Kurdish fonts are available to download at
http://www.kurditgroup.org/download/index.php?cid=2 which also support the
full range of Persian characters. I've also made a Sorani keyboard layout
for Mac OS X if anyone is interested. Hope this helps,

There is no Farsi MUI by microsoft but a resident program which does
what you want.
