In order to tidy up the CVS a bit, I have moved some of the pgAdmin II
source code around.
It is now all under the module pgadmin2, under which the pgadmin2,
pgschema, activex and binaries directories can be found.
BuildAll.bat and CHANGELOG.txt have moved to the top of the tree:
