email netiquette, specialy if the quoted text doesn't have anything to do

E.Allen Soard ("DragonEagle" on IRC) has started a Tcl client library for PicoGUI.
It's far from complete, but already runs a port of the "bouncyball" demo. You can find
it in the cli_tcl directory in CVS.
