I recently downloaded the 0.43 source and when going to make pgserver,
it would come up with an error about not finding "SDL/SDL.h", but to cut
back a very long story, i ended up figuring that i did have that header,
and there were 2 ways to fix this, either in the source change the
include to:

I checked out all the code from CVS and am following the install
instructions but am getting errors when running autogen:
autogen.sh: using default SDL m4 file
autogen.sh:running: aclocal -I macros
autogen.sh:running: autoheader
