The only clue that I have is that Jean Alfaro was supposedly one of the best Tango specialists of his era in Paris. He was a conductor of a jazz/tango orchestra between 1920 and 1951. So, it would be interesting to know when this was produced. He apparently played at the MacMahon Palace in the
