The only clue that I have is that Jean Alfaro was supposedly one of the best Tango specialists of his era in Paris. He was a conductor of a jazz/tango orchestra between 1920 and 1951. So, it would be interesting to know when this was produced. He apparently played at the MacMahon Palace in the 1920's in Paris. There is still a MacMahon Hotel in Paris, but I don't know if it is the same place.
