We were lucky enough to win a nice Victor III at an auction last week. When we
got it home it was a typical unrestored machine. Covered in old crusty grease
and one governor weight had a broken spring. We took it all apart, cleaned each
part thoroughly and ordered and received

I can't really tell from the video, but... it appears in the video that the
clicking noise occurs at the time when a screw below the gears - on a collar
around the shaft - may be sticking out too far and hitting a screw on the
governor springs. I can't really tell because of the angle, but if

In the first video you see the the screw come around and click. I would move
the Gov forward and the drive gear up toward the turntable. I'm gonna guess
the ball bearing is intact under the spindle.
