Yes they are identical. In fact they all have the Fireside decal.

I decided to sell my maroon Gem model D with matching
one piece maroon Gem M/G horn. It's a very nice
original machine that's very interesting. The
original maroon paint is painted over black paint on
both the machine and horn. The maroon paint is in
very good condition but black shows through
