but is different case for.. 1mb pic.. it always fail.

Just to close this thread in case someone encounters the same problem as me.
The issue is solved by doing the following:
1) uninstall IIS
2) type the following in the command prompt to enable 32 bit extensions:
cscript %SYSTEMDRIVE%\inetpub\adminscripts\adsutil.vbs SET

explain to him that there is a perfomance hit to storing images in the db as
well as causing some db bloat. You will also need to handle the output of
the images differently to ensure that they show up
see these example for getting info in and out of the db
Is there a way to run our PHP pages through Microsoft's IIS?

Absolutely. You just need to download the windows version and run the
installer. Runs fine. You can even run PHP and ASP scripts side-by-side
if needed.
