I would like to access legacy Foxpro 2.6 free tables
using ODBC from PHP.
My setup is on one single machine as follow:
Windows XP Professional
Apache Windows version 3.23.52
PHP 4.2.3 Windows version

It could be a file permissions issue. I ran the script using PHP from
XP's command prompt window and the output is fine. The problem
occurs only when test.php is served by Apache.
How should I grant the permissions? Do I modify php.ini or Apache's
httpd.conf file?
