[PHP-DB] HTML Select Boxes not displaying

I have a PHP MIME class that works supurblymy big question is... Is there a way to convert the subject line to simplified chinese. The body of the email is fine but I havent been able to get the subject line to display chinese. Any hints, tips or advice would be great. Regards, Nigel

[PHP-DB] Nevermind...I answered the question myself.
