hi,
i need to maintain a local mirror of php as well as zend.
i've tried rsyncing from rsync://rsync.php.net/php4 but all i have is a
checked out version the source, no ,v files.
i've tried using cvsup against CVSup.php.net as well as cvs.php.net and i
