Not a bug... PHP uses the native system calls for this. The windows API simply returns
different (wrong) results.

Huh? Did I ever propsed to fix this?
Sorry my knowledge on how the ob_*() stuff works is too
limited and I don't have time to dig into that right now.
I just offered time for testing and as we see it matters

Does anyone got any experience with JAVA in PHP?
I tried to rebuild php with java support. Everything worked well but when I
