Perhaps it's a language gap, but this sentence doesn't sound very nice in

I don't recall anybody in the opensource scene ever trying to enforce 
anything, except for Richard Stallman.  He started to watch PHP because 
he's pissed we dropped the completely incompatible GPL.  There are plenty 
of other opensource, non GPL packages I know of that use/interface with GPL 
software but are not licensed under the GPL, and I kinda doubt he does 
anything about them, or even cares.  Personally, I'm fed up with this.  I 
don't necessarily represent anybody else, though.
