That's great news! As per our bylaws (http://www.php-fig.org/bylaws/psr-workflow/#abandoned), you don't need our approval to go forward, you only need to restart the process from the draft stage. To do that you'll need: - an editor (which you are requesting to be) - a CC sponsor (as you said)
