[PHP] uploading problems

I try to upload a .sql file with PHPMyAdmin. Below 1 mb: no problem, above 1mb: impossible. We have increased the max_upload_file_size in PHP.ini but it still doesnt work. What other parameters in the php.ini influence this? Thanks very much Theo Richel

I have transferred to another host, changed the db name and the password but when I call my database I get the message 'Cannot redeclare array_push()in /home/(...) /brokenlink/functions.php3 on line 3' Can abyone please telle me what this means and what I can possibly do about it? T
