for me it looks OK, no fault to see. (NS405,451,475)
I´d suggest, that you enclose your width
Could be a browser cache issue. Open just the image in the browser
(http://kulchitski.com/problem/images/bottomcell_bg.gif) and hit
Ctrl+Refresh. Go back to the page and see if it doesn't show up.
