The current beta homepage was designed specifically to show the latest two
versions, not the latest three (I would know, I spent a lot of time on the
homepage). I'm not sure what the best fix is, but could someone work on

http://php.net/downloads.php doesn't list 5.3 anymore, only 5.4 and 5.5. Could
anybody please take a look?
