Hello,
Why is there no PDO equivalent for mysqli_info()?
While using PDO/prepared statements, there should be a way to differentiate
between these update results:
1. Found record, no update due to same data
and
2. Found record, update
Right now, rowCount() will return the same integer for both
Whopsy, sorry - I had a typo in the config.
Should be fixed in the next 30minutes.

Hi Hannes,
I have just gone to start editing, and although it says I can edit
https://wiki.php.net/usergroups itself, I don't seem to have edit for
https://wiki.php.net/usergroups/handbook or to create new pages, e.g.:
https://wiki.php.net/usergroups/handbook/starting_a_user_group - any ideas?

Hello Pablo,
I just restarted the webserver and it should work for a few hours (till it
will crash again).
I'll prepare work to see if replacing the system will solve the issue.
Please let me know if you see any problems related to the availability of
gtk.php.net and/or people.php.net.

Hans, Yeah that's true, however I think if the form label mentioned the
word "Authorization" i may have connected the dots easier.
I read it as which email do "I" have to email now with "I" been the website
not myself.
It would be clearer to me if it was: "Which email do *you* have to email
now f
