The logo isn't licensed under any CC license.
As I linked above, the license text hasn't changed since it was
created, 15 years ago:

As long as you aren't profiting off the logo
We can use a SVG and say that it is geometric information but states that
may be under copyright. My concern is to add a logo and need to remove all
if someone claim the copyright, for example, if the logo was on a page on
php.net as CC-BY-SA could put the URL as a source and use safely. My fear
is

Logo license wasn't a thing when it was created, so it has a "custom license".
I can't imagine a way wikipedia could be breaking that license as
mentioned on the above page.
