There's no need to edit it anymore but please edit

Hi,
Jakub ported the rfc/manual.xml.in categorized extension list to be an
appendix in the manual. Now since the main extension list is
autogenerated, we have an outdated categorized extension list (and the
possibility to have one in the future). Look at the newly born PDO
specific extension docs,

Dallas, I haven't found this problem untill you say so. Seems my firefox can
print it correctly. And I fetch the Content-Type of the header,it is
'text/plain'. So IE parse an text file as a XML doc.
