don't contain any directories...
But AFAIK there must be "doesn't" instead of "don't" :)

Contents items on the top of each page are not linked, only their
pagenumbers (see pdf.png).

Development of new manual is good but don't forget about "old" or
"traditional" one. That's what I just have read on php manual page:
