Does anyone know a good site for someone who knows nothing
about Polaroid to learn? What film, what are the properties,
caveats, etc?
I usually use 4x5 B&W, and understand that I can buy 4x5 Polaroid
film and film holders to use in my large format camera.
I have reminded and warned Markus that his previous posting was not appropriate

I mentioned recently but it's petinent to this message. Overexposure at long
exposures is lessened by the reciprocity failure. Also keep in mind that in

Mike,
This is something different..
Meant is probably Extreme 600 for the Polaroid 690
There was also and still is the Sx-70 for the Sx-70
It is not the Peel-off type but self developing when it comes out of the camera.
You can play with the final product..soak it in hot water etc

Below is a reminder of the purpose, rules, and other information regarding this
discussion list. I ask everyone to specifically read the PURPOSE OF THE LIST
and the RULES OF THE LIST.
This is not the place to vent anger or attack others. This is the place to
discuss pinhole photography. Th
Mike:

Please write it up.
Thanks.
