Hi everyone. I'm on a rebuild-fest and have made a packaging-only fix to

remove a dependency.
The Debian auto removal watch bot has marked consul (and a few others) for
removal
because of bug 819638. This bug turns out to be something weird to do with a
change
in how cgo pointers
I've updated this package to the latest version to pull in new features and
fixed tests.

Does anyone have any idea why the golang-golang-x-tools package is not
migrating to testing?
If this doesn't happen many other packages will fall out as well which is going
to be annoying.
