this has been solved in older versions of KMyMoney. The version mentioned in
the bug is currently not being supported anymore, unless it is a critical
bug.
Also, as far as I can tell, it would not be easy to backport the fix, due to
other changes in the same classes.

The documentation and translations have been moved to a separate package in
Debian, as far as I know.
