Although normalize-audio is installed, K3B cannot find it. Even if I set the
explicit path to normalize-audio in K3B's configuration dialog, it does not
help. This seems very similar to a closed bug from last year (549221) that was
fixed with a patch from Roderick

When I try to enable proxy from 'tools' menu (tools - html settings - enable
proxy) it doesn't work.
If I go back in the 'tools' menu, 'enable proxy' is still unchecked and the
proxy is off.
However, enabling proxy from 'settings'
OK, I've done some research on config files in .kde/share/config/
I've found this file: settingspluginrc
with inside just one line:
SavedProxyType=0
Rename that file with another name solved my problem (didn't try to
restart KDE yet).
