You were asking what happened between 2 *Ubuntu* releases, so yes, you were
asking in the wrong mailing list.
If you ask what happened between 2 *Debian* upload, we might been able to help
you, but I have not idea when ubuntu sync packages from Debian and what
changes they apply.
