I think that mozilla-devscripts 0.46 might have fixed this. I haven't
tested it by passing paramaters via dh, though, so kindly confirm.
Note that it only works for dh_auto_install because the other commands
in the xul_ext buildsystem don't take any parameters.

It seems that this issue is not with symbolic links but with relative
symbolic links. Symlinking directly to the absolute path of the real
file fixes the bug :
