Hey.
I'd want to object here.
I think this is any extremely helpful add-on, and just because there is
(currently) no active upstream, doesn't mean it must necessarily be
removed.
I think the last version for this add-on was from FF29,... ages ago,...
and it still works just nicely.

Hi.
There's a newer upstream version. Perhaps even the devel version
could be packaged (e.g. in experimental) as this may fix several issues
that make TabMix+ unusable with the current FF/FF-esr versions in sid.
Cheers,
Chris.

Hi.
In FF54, the plugin does not really seem to work anymore.
The status bar is shown, but no content in it.
An update seems to be available, solving this:

Ah... unfortunately Mozilla did it again an breaks all kinds of plugins.
In FF55, with TM+ enabled, Ctrl+Q (i.e. closing FF) does not longer work.
While this alone would be a nice feature (since Ctrl-Q is so close to

FYI: The new version in experimental fixes the issues, BUT ONLY with
the newest FF version just uploaded before (55.0.2-1)... with the
earlier FF55 version it did not fix the issues.

Seems this addon is dead upstream (at least:

Also it won't work with FF >57 anymore.

Hi.
With FF57, Mozilla choose to break basically all existin add-ons, including
TM+, which is for many users probably a reason to still stick with FF.
There is now a beta version of TM+ with WebExtensions support:
