Imported Upstream version 3.6.1~repack
It seems this is not a merge from the upstream branch.
This can be fixed, but the history would be rewritten and clones would
break. I think it is worth it, though.

Because jack1 and jack2 are alternative implementations of the jack
ABI. They are meant to be switchable without recompiling clients,
which is why they have the same soname. They cannot be installed at
the same time because of the file conflict, though.

is installing stuff both via dh_install and manually in debian rules.

versions. There is an embedded copy of the mpadec library (not really
used anywhere else, apparently), which needs checking. Also, there may
