why did you switch libois to an unversioned runtime?
Packages providing shlibs should usually reflect the SONAME, this
would ease future transitions.

I've been checking it just few moments ago, the documentation is
properly built from sources and no, it doesn't need doxygen at all. So
compiled a fresh package from ubuntu ppa source and that did the trick
for me.
