Argh. It seems I added the gbp.conf file just too late, i.e. after
git-import-orig'ing the libmatroska 1.0.0 release tarball which is
bz2'ed. So bzip2 is right. How can I fix this mess?

I think playing directly with pristine-tar will do it (pristine-tar
import orig.tar.bz2).

The pristine-tar branch has a gzipped file, yet debian/gbp.conf says
compression = bzip2. Which one is wrong?

Hi all!

I've brought libmatroska back into shape in our GIT repository. It is
currently targeted at experimental, because it needs libebml from
there. Alternatively, if libebml is uploaded to unstable before, I
think libmatroska could go there as well.

Both libraries bump SONAME, but the transition will be marginal, since
no other packages (build-) depend on libmatroska than mkvtoolnix and
vlc (and additionally libmatroska depends on libebml, of course).

Feel free to upload!
