music library, presumably because Baloo already has it indexed. It'll be
quite a shame if apps did their own indexing, wasting time and power.

Not the exact same thing you're requesting but FWIW, in Plasma 6.0 you'll be
able configure the screen to automatically turn off after a certain time when
the screen is locked.
