and the funds raised here are necessary, not extra. But I think we can
easily satisfy both parties: we'll have a link or button on Plasma

this

The Promo team is organising a fundraiser campaign to try and boost the number
of support members that donate to KDE on a regular basis. The theme of the
fundraiser is "Support Plasma 6", and the campaign will run from more or less
now to just before Plasma 6.0 is released.
