Authors(TM) are well aware of the arguments from previous discussions. AFAIR switch from flat SPECS/SOURCES to package-per-dir was agreed on (with some kind of server side symlinked SPECS). OK. So I finally checked what date format is commonly used in newest printed sources. It is with roman numbers for months. References: Multimedialna Encyklopedia Brittanica (C) 2006 N. Davies Wyspy, translation (C) 2003 This sources are just the first modern books containing dates inside that I found. BTW, it is not my intention to prove that 17 XII 1999 is the only valid date format in pl. These files (some *.bak, *~ an many more) are not needed almoust always.
i was thinking maybe it would be possible to hook into %prep macro like 'unset
DISPLAY' and friends are done. but it needs to be _last_ in %prep section. i

Problem is that srcbuilder has old, small envinronmrnt which is not

- fix it not to require newer macros to build src.rpm or
- wait for sb with knowledge of ftp automatics (I don't know it)

No more Alpha? That means I can't use PLD anymore!
I just did a look at logs (last 4 weeks) of our primary ftp. It turns
out that we have just a few alpha users. Here's the result of:
