The hold in poldek was added to prevent a case when a new kernel would

Ah, it wasn't icedtea but openjdk8 that was installed on i686 and x86_64.

I'm inclined to switch. We don't use those deps in *Requires, and since
we already have to rebuild ~1000 packages for python3 upgrade, we can as
well rebuild everything. A side effect will be rpm.org ecosystem
compatible dependencies.
