Why does Plucker by default run in the system default bpp rather than the
highest bpp possible? It might decrease bug reports (e.g.,
http://bugs.plkr.org/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=980 which I just closed with a
not a bug) if we ran in the highest bpp. It's true that memory usage
would be higher.
