My Google foo is lacking once again. I found some old CDs (Corel Draw etc.) with a bunch of fonts. Going through the directories and and using Font Manager to see what they look like is rather tedious. :-) Anyone aware of a method (scripts) to build a document of all the fonts in a directory

My experience is similar to Tom's. I have had a few problems when dealing with customer service either on the phone or chat, but that has still not always been the case. When I go to my local store and just have a decent talk with them, they've always taken care of me and been reasonable about it,
