If anyone using octave they are welcome.
Our concern is education and not commercial use.
FOSS=Free and/or Open Source Software that is how we see towards it.

Let us think of cost of all headers that get added to each message and
their percentage ratio to actual content of the message averaged out
over the period of trimester.
That might give truer figures..
