Hi. The apps all work perfectly... If I select them via webinterface
theyplay fine, and they work on my other players roght ftom the remote
control apps.
It's as if they just don't get picked up by the remote control apps when
they connected to the server-player.

That's the same fix erland posted a page back. I'm trying to work on
some code to incorporate this into the main plugin. With some setting,
so you can enable it specifically for the soundcloud plugin if you have
the problem. But I do not have that much free time to work on it.

Solved!
I just gave my Squeezelite Player a different MAC address and now it
works.

Have had issues with the firewall, even though spotify and spotifyd are
allowed to connect to the internet, the firewall still prevented playing
of songs(disabled firewall and they played).

As Spicefly Sugarcube is not hampered by SmartMix and overrides
SmartMix one would need such a on the fly enable/disable feature for

(it's not in the Active plugins), it's not in the Inactive or 3rd party

Previously I have been using the windows LMS/spotify plugin and all was
working well. I've recently moved our music server to linux Mint 17,
wunning latest LMS 7.8.1 .deb from nightlines.
I can't seem to get spotify stableit works for hours on end, then I
