When I fetch the data manually then there are hints that point to a new API which requires an API key. Maybe those hints prevent the plugin from displaying the weather. What we need is an re-written plugin. I'd donate some money. I tweaked WeatherTime to fit on a Boom's screen but my knowledge

So, you don't actally need to switch to LMS Repack. This is an option if you are not comfortable in using SSODS because of the shell shock vulnerability, or your system is not compatible with SSODS or aren't able to install it. Downside of LMS Repack is, you'll have to wait till I will update
