I think you'll have to ask them. There service has been down for a while
(eg.

For the past week I have been having trouble with IPeng stuck in
synchronising cache, it starts, seemingly gets to the end, then just
restarts, over and over . I have rescanned my library, rebooted my iPad,

Maybe you have some misconfiguration, or file/directory access control
issues. in the SQL Playlist settings?

And now it works. I've tested with several formats up to DSD (they are
either down sampled to 44.1 or 48).
Let me do some more testings and will let you know how it goes.
