It seems like the app is installed correctly -- I used the LMS webUI
plugin screen to select Mixcloud, it shows up in my apps, finds my
favorites and following on the Mixcloud site, and displays the artwork,
so all of that is working correctly. But it won't stream the music.

Hey philippe_44, any chance of having a quick look at the logs I posted
a few pages back about the ShairTunes2W -> UPnPBridge issue (post 80)?
Hopefully you might spot something simple to resolve the problem?

This seems to *almost* work for me. LMS is on a MacBook Air, (having
trouble viewing system files). I have an old Original Squeezebox. I use
AirFoil on the Mac. The Squeezbox appears nicely and i can enable and
adjust volume in AirFoil but nothing happens. At the squeezebox it says
connecting...
can squeezeplay itself be persuaded to do some logging?

I still have the same issue. The firewall is there (it is listed as
"jive"). There were a few old rules for softqueeze which I have had in
the past, but uninstalled a long time back.
Could Malwarebytes be blocking it somehow?

After quite some usage, I now want to dive into the tech reason behind
an issue on my end.
Some songs in my LMS server(s) multiple, do not play on all squeezelight
players ( multiple versions in picoreplayer ).
I have started to debug and found a logifile entry:

If you have the windows 7 firewall enabled, you need to add an exception
for squeezeplay.exe on all networks including public.
