so i just got back from vacation and my SBT is not acting like itself.
when i play the SBT all i hear is horribly loud static. this happens if
i play through digital outs. my Dac only accepts optical and digital
RCA type plugs. any ideas what could be going wrong?

I'm pleased to announce the first version of *lms.el*, a squeezebox
controller for emacs editor.
It is released under GPL version 3 license or later.
Some of the features:
- Display song: title, artist, album, year, cover
- Play, pause, stop, select next / previous song
- Control
The Player gives me me msg that spotty needs socket.io.ssl installed.
And i should install it via packet manager. I installed socket.io via
npm but the msg is still present. what can i do?

A workaround for now is to make a Squeezebox playlist of the Spotify
songs and assign that to a preset button.
But being able to asign Spotify playlists directly would be ideal of
course.

Sonos with codecs flc,aif,pcm,mp3 works through the playlist
[There are no explicit values for buffer set - one difference from GGMM
