Appreciate the help but I followed directions I found here from another user and now Spotty is not in the "Inactive plugins" section of the Plugin Settings. It's in the "3rd party plugins" section where it should be. I posted the general direction below. BTW - is there a reason this will not

I have restarted the service, twice and completely rebooted. All I want to do isto un-install/remove the plugin. Active or not, since it does not work in my OS. Appreciate any help on removing it. Please enable debug logging for server.plugins and plugin.extensions. Make the flag stick

Spotty problem also on SB touch. Running fine, but today get this message on plugin setting page There has been a problem running the Spotty helper application. Please make sure you have the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime (32-bit!) installed on your system. I uninstalled and reinstalled LMS.

Am I correct that the Spotty plugin is not compatible with WHS Ver 1.x? Hoping it was but I tried installing and it failed. Further research would indicate since the Ver 1 of WHS is based on the Windows Server 2003 platform it's not. If not how do I remove the plugin from my LMS installation?
