Is it on wifi? have you tried with ethernet?
The problem is only w/ Slacker or also w/ local music?

Switching from non LMS based devices works with exception of switching
back from Yamaha Musiccast to Spotty. But this seems to be an issue
with Yamaha, if I switch to Raumfeld back and forth it works perfectly.

Just to like check, grabbed the latest build and tested it one last
time... And believe it or not it just started working perfectly after
2.1.13! :D
What was the problem before? What macOS are you running?

Because the author Triode is no longer on the firum, 1.3alpha3 has not
been updated for years. To get it working you need to patch.
BBC removed various data feeds which broke V1.* of BBCiPlayerExtra.
There is an updated version of the BBciPlayer plyugin currently 1.5.*
and an update to
Yeah after a few months of not having Spotty working on my old Mac Pro,
I was ready to give up and wipe the machine.
Just to like check, grabbed the latest build and tested it one last
time... And believe it or not it just started working perfectly after

Apart from the issue above, are the two bbc iplayer plugins still
available and working. I have seem various threads but it is hard to
tell what is the current situation.
I currently have bbc iplayer v1.3.1alpha3 which seems to work and bbc
iplayer extras v1.8 which doesn't,
