Here is the server.log. I cleared the playlist and add the whole original cd album and purposely started playing from track2. It took about half an hour to buffer before it could start playing. When it started, it emitted some pops and disk spun erratically.

It looks the delay is at the LMS end. so some logging is needed to find the problem. 1. Clear LMS log file by stopping LMS and deleting server.log 2. Start LMS 3. Make sure all players are stopped and clear all playlist on each player. 4. In WebUI Setting/Advanced/logging set player.source to

The LMS is running on rpi 2B and Squeezelite is running on Beaglebone black. Both of them are connected by ethernet to a router switch. The rpi is also attached with a 2.5" HDD with music file storage. I can play through with music files from HDD without any hiccup and also internet radios and
